I am absolutely knowledgeable in all phases of manufacturing [ CNC Machining, Fabrication, Sheet Metal, Castings, Injection Molding, Rotational Molding, MIM] & fluent in "all" engineering materials from alloy steels to polymers.

I understand what a customer needs in terms of correctly-produced detail CAD drawings, and depending on the contract requirements, a complete engineering drawings package can be provided in Solidworks, including assemblies, details (with all material specs, tolerances, metallurgy, heat treatment and secondary process callouts on each drawing sheet ) and a complete Bill of Materials produced in Excel, with separate manufactured components and purchased components listed [ with respective vendor contact data shown within the worksheet upon request. ]

I work in Solidworks 2025 with complete FEA Simulation / Analysis Modules, including Flow Simulation & Thermoplastic Mold Flow analysis ( Polymers)

(Began using Solidworks in 1997)

All work will be completed at the Tooling Design office in North Canton, Ohio.

Necessary travel to customer site for initial project review, as well as telephone conferences or Web Meetings ( MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) can be arranged as required.

Hourly Rate is $75 per hour.

Project payment will be based on weekly billing, due and payable upon receipt. (Other arrangements can be made for longer term projects.)

Includes a daily Time Log produced in Excel showing incremental work description with hours charged per entry.
